SceneAccess is priced one of two ways; first based upon a transaction amount that is determined by the volume and the term of the agreement. The second method is on a software license method; where our applications are installed on your customer premises.

Pricing Philosophy
We provide our price list upon request; and customers can rest assured that no fees are hidden; and we do not engage in the practice of overcharging components to compensate for hiding other components. Our pricing is simple; clear, consistent, and economical. We even offer pricing protection during the term of contract; so that as your claim volume grows; your price per claim decreases accordingly; and if your claim volume decreases; your price per claim will remain constant.

Transaction Method
An economical way to get into electronic claims assignment. No investment or IT staff is needed, and use can start immediately. Cost per claim can range from $4 - $10; and includes EMS data; auditing, and storage.

Software License Method
The most economical way for larger volume users is to place the software into the customer’s environment for a license fee and an ongoing maintenance fee.

Installation Charges
Each installation comes with a preset amount of 40 hours of installation, development, and training time; we also allow for a significant amount of ramp up time before billing. We make our money when you get your value.
